Dr. Benjamin Dao, a Kentucky native, has a passion for exploration and sports. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology-neuroscience-philosophy from Washington University in St. Louis. For five years, he researched cancer biology at Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Dao continued his medical education at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, where he met his wife.

He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown, NY. Dr. Dao then pursued fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at Marshall University in Huntington, WV.

Now based in Cary, NC, Dr. Dao enjoys family time, exploring parks, playing soccer, and diverse cuisines. His love for discovery fuels his medical career and family life.
